CER - CARE's Ethical Restaurant certification for sustainable restaurants

Do you manage a restaurant, pizzeria, shelter and do you believe in sustainability and do you think it is a value that your customers also believe in? But don't you know how to distinguish yourself from the classic statements bordering on greenwashing?

From today you have an additional ally to give international credibility to your statements on the sustainability (environmental, economic, social) of your restaurant: the CER "CARE's Ethical Restaurant" certification.

It is a type of certification that was born from the idea of the South Tyrolean chef Norbert Niederkofler (3 Michelin star chef and creator of the "Cook the Mountain" philosophy) and Paolo Ferretti, founders of the Mo-Food holding, which aspires to become the reference model in the world of gastronomy.

The goal is to form a community of internationally certified ethical restaurants.

To obtain the certificate, the restaurant must satisfy the 29 mandatory requirements divided into seven categories, with a very similar model - even in the logos - to those present in other sustainability certifications (e.g. LEED, WELL certification for buildings)
